Paris Baguette

Phenomenal customer service , yummy cakes and great vibes aptly define this Paris Baguette location in San Jose. Placed an order on a short notice and that too for 3 cakes and the turn around time along with the quality of each of those was just amazing. We ordered Blueberry Chiffon, chocoholic Chiffon and Chocolate Strawberry cake and they were wiped out right after they were cut and being served. The Chiffon cakes had a smooth taste and the right sweetness balance in there which made them a hit. You can't go wrong with Chocolate Strawberry cake and the kids at the party gorged on it like there was no tomorrow :) Alexa was a great help while she brought the orders out, got those candles along with and as well made sure that I was able to get them to my car just fine. Definitely recommend them for their great customer service and amazing cakes that they have to offer!!

Pros: clean and bright environment, fresh and tempting pastries, nice and polite staff, lots of parking Cons: empty table was dirty and we had to clean the table ourselves, fork container was empty and they didn’t have more and gave us picnic utensil pack, they didn’t have all cake options in small cake pieces (green tea)

My experience was amazing. One note I would have is the prices are a bit high and they are out of stock most of the time, due too how good the pasties are. Also, don’t try the potato Bread it was disgusting. Overall not bad.

I stopped in late afternoon so to get fair the selection was picked over. You come in and they have boxes on the right with liners and tongs so you can go through and add whatever you'd like. Full cakes and some other items are in the glass display cases up at the front and there was also menu boards that you could order. Different drinks, teas, hot chocolate, etc The little tiramisu tart was very good and one of the other items I grabbed I don't even know what it is cuz not everything had the little signs so it'll be a surprise

Sweets at this location is a bit sweeter than usual. Asian lady who works there is rude though. I asked her if the happy birthday message was written on the $40 cake we just bought. With a condescending tone she replied yes they are, open the box and check yourself. It was unnecessarily snappy. It was just a simple question.
